Which material are SoundSeal™ products made from?

SoundSeal™ products are made from co-extruded LDPE films. SoundSeal™ uses 100% virgin granules for making its films ensuring greater strength in its products.

What are the standard sizes of the envelopes/bags and what is the standard packing of the products?

Can I get my bags/envelopes customized?

Yes. SoundSeal™ offers customized products to suite your business needs. The following customizations are offered by SoundSeal™:

  1. Custom printing.

SoundSeal™ can custom print your bags/envelopes if your order sizes are above:

    • 5000 pcs for Flexo printed bags
    • 10000 pcs for Roto printed bags
  1. Custom product sizes and packing.

For greater order quantities SoundSeal™ products are available in different sizes and packing.

SoundSeal™ offers many custom features on its entire range. Kindly see the individual product pages for more details or contact our sales team now.

What is the standard lead time?

The lead time varies from product to product. If the standard unprinted sizes are available in stock, then these can be picked up/dispatched from our office in 1-2 days. However if there is no ready stock available then the lead time may extend upto 10 days. For printed bags the lead time varies from 10 days to 20 days.

How does SoundSeal™ pack its products?

For its standard sizes SoundSeal™ packs its products in user friendly corrugated boxes. These boxes have been designed keeping in mind the difficult in storing and removing SoundSeal™ products. These boxes are used in a simple three step process:
Puncture- the perforation.
Tear- apart the removable part along the perforations.
Draw- the bags/envelopes as and when required.
